Blocks are paid up front. Individual lessons are paid monthly. 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, otherwise the lesson counts.

Who's teaching
Fifteen years on the other end of the call.
I'm Richard Patey. I'm English, and I live in Poprad.
For fifteen years I built and sold businesses online, in the UK and internationally. So when we practise a negotiation, a difficult email, or a call with a supplier, I'm not teaching it out of a book. I've been on the other end of it.
My Slovak is basic and I'm learning. Lessons run in English, which is the whole point. For arranging times and anything administrative, we'll manage fine.

Do you speak Slovak?
Not much yet, and I'm taking lessons. In the lesson that's an advantage: you can't switch back into Slovak, so you actually speak English. For scheduling and admin we'll sort it out.
What if my English is bad?
Then you're the person I most want to hear from. The free trial exists precisely so you don't have to guess or be embarrassed.
Where do lessons happen?
In Poprad in person, at your workplace, or online. Whatever fits your week.
Do you teach children?
No. Adults and older teenagers.
Do you do exam preparation?
I can help with speaking and writing, but I'm not an exam factory. If you need a certificate specifically, a school running official exams is a better fit.
How do I pay?
